Hon. James M. Kolleh is the elected Representative of Bong County District #2. First elected in a 2021 by-election and re-elected in 2023, he currently serves as Chairman of the House Committee on Rules, Order, and Administration.

Sworn into office in early 2022, Hon. Kolleh quickly became an active force in legislative affairs. He has played a central role in key parliamentary actions, including disciplinary hearings and the enforcement of attendance rules, reflecting his commitment to order and accountability in the legislature.

As a lawmaker, Hon. Kolleh has demonstrated strong leadership in both legislative and community-driven initiatives. He was instrumental in the removal of former Speaker J. Fonati Koffa from office, an action that drew national attention.
