John Mulbah Gbilee Jr. is a distinguished security and law enforcement professional, currently serving as the Head of Investigation and Intelligence at the Asset Recovery and Property Retrieval Taskforce (AREPT). With over 20 years of professional experience across both the United States and Liberia, Mr. Gbilee brings deep expertise in criminal investigations, intelligence gathering, and asset protection.
He began his academic journey at South Philadelphia High School in Pennsylvania and went on to earn professional law enforcement training from the Law Enforcement and Security Officers Training Academy (LEASOT Academy) in Philadelphia. There, he obtained comprehensive knowledge in tactical operations, firearms handling, and private investigations, setting the foundation for a career defined by integrity and precision.

In Liberia, Mr. Gbilee was part of the elite executive protection detail for both the First and Second Families, gaining trust and credibility at the highest level of national security.
